Directions to Use
Prapaundarikadi Thailam should be applied over the scalp and gentle massage with finger tips should be done for 15 to 25 minutes. It should also be used as your regular hair oil.
For Nasya (Nasal Instillation), initially 2 drops of Prapaundarikadi Thailam should be instilled into each nostril and then the dosage can be increased up to 10 drops in each nostril.

The head massage with Prapaundarikadi Thailam is safe and has no side effects.
Nasal administration can cause following side effects:
- Nasal irritation
- Itching in throat
- Oil taste in throat or mouth
- Sneezing
